We work with adults who need more than weekly therapy sessions can provide but don’t require hospital-level care. Our residents come from every layer of society and are dealing with various combinations of mental health challenges, substance use, or both. Most contact us when familiar coping strategies have plateaued and are no longer effective. Others enter our program because they recognize they need focused time and space to develop better tools for managing life’s challenges. While there are often areas of overlap, we understand that everyone’s situation is unique, which is why our approach centers on meeting people exactly where they are and using that as our foundation.
